Termination by the Bank Without Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason. During the Term, if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Bank without Cause as provided in Section 5(d), or the Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Section 5(e), the Bank shall pay to the Executive his Accrued Benefits. In addition, subject to the last paragraph of this Section 6(b), the Bank shall provide the benefits listed in sub-sections 6(b)(i) to (iii) below (the “Severance Benefits”) to the Executive:
