Termination by the Company for Cause or a Voluntary Resignation by the Executive. In the event the Company terminates the Executive’s employment for Cause, the Executive voluntarily resigns, or the Executive provides the Company with a Non-Extension Notice, the Executive shall be entitled to: (i) Base Salary through the Date of Termination; (ii) any amounts earned, accrued or owing to the Executive but not yet paid under Section 8 above; and (iii) any other payment and benefit in accordance with the applicable plans or programs of the Company.

In If, during the event Term, the Company terminates the Executive’s employment for Cause, Cause or the Executive voluntarily resigns, or the Executive provides the Company with a Non-Extension Notice, the Executive shall be entitled to: (i) Base Salary through the Date of Termination; (ii) any amounts earned, accrued or owing to the Executive but not yet paid under Section 8 above, including accrued vacation; and (iii) any other additional payment and benefit in accordance with the applicable plans or programs of the Company.
