Termination by the Company for Cause or Adverse Action. If the Grantee’s employment or service is terminated by the Company or a Subsidiary prior to the end of the Vesting Period for Cause or Adverse Action, all of the Grantee’s rights under the Plan, this Agreement, and the Options granted hereby will immediately terminate and be forfeited without notice of any kind.
