Termination by the Company for Cause or by Employee without Good Reason. In the event that Employee’s employment hereunder is terminated by the Company for Cause or by Employee without Good Reason, the Company shall pay the following amounts to Employee: (i) Any accrued but unpaid Base Salary (as determined pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof) for services rendered to the date of termination. (ii) Any accrued but unpaid expenses required to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 4(a) hereof.
