Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason. If the Company shall terminate the Executive's employment for Cause or if the Executive shall terminate the Executive's employment Without Good Reason, then the Company's obligation to pay salary and benefits pursuant to Section 1.4 (Compensation) shall terminate, except that the Company shall pay the Executive's accrued but unpaid salary and benefits pursuant to Sections 1.4(a) (Base Salary) and 1.4(c) (Payment and Reimbursement of Expenses) through the Date of Termination.
