Termination by the Company for Cause or by the Executive without Good Reason. If the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Sections 4(c) or (e), the Company shall pay or provide to the Executive the following amounts through the Termination Date: any earned but unpaid Base Salary, unpaid expense reimbursements, and any vested benefits the Executive may have under any employee benefit plan of the Company (the “Accrued Obligations”) on or before the time required by law but in no event more than 30 days after the Executive’s Termination Date.

If the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Sections Section 4(c) or (e4(e), the Company shall pay or provide to the Executive the following amounts through the applicable Termination Date: any earned but unpaid Base Salary, unpaid expense reimbursements, and any vested benefits the Executive may have under any employee benefit plan of the Company earned but unpaid Annual Bonus (the “Accrued Obligations”) on or before the time required by law but in no event more than 30 days after the Executive’s Termination Date.

If the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Sections 4(c) or (e), the Company shall pay or provide to the Executive only the following amounts through the Termination Date: any earned but unpaid Base Salary, unpaid expense reimbursements, and any vested compensation or benefits the Executive may have under any employee benefit plan of the Company or applicable law (the “Accrued Obligations”) on or before the time required by law but in no event more than 30 days after the Executive’s Termination Date.
