Termination by the Company for Cause or Termination by Executive Without Good Reason. Upon termination for Cause, or termination by Executive without Good Reason, except for such other obligations as may be required by law, the Company shall have no obligation to Executive other than the payment of Executive’s earned and unpaid Base Salary as of the Termination Date.
