Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Employee other than for Good Reason. In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 4(c) above, or due to the Employee’s voluntary resignation other than for Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(e) above, the Company shall pay to the Employee any accrued but unpaid Salary for services rendered to the date of termination and nothing else.
