Common use of Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in Section 6(i)), or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6(i)), then the Company shall pay to Executive his Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within 30 days after the date of such termination (with the payment date during such 30 day period to be determined by the Company in its discretion).

Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in Section 6(i7(g)), or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6(i7(g)) prior to June 30, 2008, then, within the time permitted by law (and in any event within 15 days of termination of Executive’s employment), then the Company shall pay to Executive his Executive’s Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within 30 days after the date of such termination (with the payment date during such 30 day period to be determined by the Company in its discretion)terminates.

Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. (1) If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in Section 6(i)), or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6(i)), then the Company shall pay to Executive his Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within 30 days after the date of such termination (with the payment date during such 30 day period to be determined by the Company in its discretion, except as required by applicable law).

Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in Section 6(i6(h)), or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6(i6(h))) before the end of the stated term of this Agreement that is then in effect, then the Company shall pay to Executive his Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within 30 days after the date of such termination (with Executive’s Accrued Compensation through the payment date during such 30 day period to be determined by the Company in its discretion)Executive’s employment terminates.
