Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Executive. If (i) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in Section 6(i)), or (ii) Executive voluntarily terminates Executive’s employment without Good Reason (as defined in Section 6(i)), then the Company shall pay to Executive his Accrued Compensation through the date Executive’s employment terminates within 30 days after the date of such termination (with the payment date during such 30 day period to be determined by the Company in its discretion).
