Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by the Executive. In the event the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, by the Executive on his own initiative for other than a Good Reason or due to the Executive’s Disability, the Executive’s Term of Employment shall terminate and the Executive shall be entitled only to the amounts set forth in Section 5(h) below.

Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment and this Agreement at any time by notice to the Company as provided in Section 17. In the event of a termination of the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive during the Employment Term other than pursuant to Section 8(a) hereof or a termination by the Company for CauseCause (as defined in Section 9(d) herein) during the Employment Term, by the Executive on his own initiative for other than a Good Reason or due to the Executive’s Disability, the Executive’s Term of Employment shall terminate and the Executive shall be entitled only to the amounts payments and benefits set forth in Section 5(h) below9(b).
