Termination by the Company for Cause or Voluntary Termination by the Executive. The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment and this Agreement at any time by notice to the Company as provided in Section 17. In the event of a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Executive during the Employment Term other than pursuant to Section 8(a) hereof or a termination by the Company for Cause (as defined in Section 9(d) herein) during the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to the payments and benefits set forth in Section 9(b).
