Common use of Termination by the Company for Good Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Company for Good Cause. Upon termination of this Agreement for “Good Cause” as defined under the provisions of Section 3.1(a) above, Executive shall be paid, in a lump sum, any and all base salary due and owing through the date of termination, plus an amount equal to earned but unused vacation through the date of termination and reimbursement of all reasonable expenses, plus any earned but unpaid and undeferred bonus attributable to the year that ends immediately before the year in which the Executive’s termination occurs. No pay continuance or other benefits will be provided.
