Termination by the Company for Good Cause. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment during the Change of Control Period upon ten (10) days prior written notice to Executive for Good Cause. In the event of a termination by the Company for Good Cause, Executive shall have no right under this Agreement to any severance compensation.

Termination by the Company for Good Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment during under this Agreement for Good Cause by giving notice thereof to the Change Executive specifying in reasonable detail the Good Cause based upon which the Company terminates the Executive’s employment. Such termination will be effective upon delivery of Control Period upon ten (10) the Board of Director’s written determination that the conduct or event constituting Good Cause has not been cured within 30 days after prior written notice thereof was delivered to Executive for Good Cause. In the event of a termination by the Company for Good Cause, Executive shall have no right under this Agreement to any severance compensationExecutive.
