Common use of Termination by the Company for Other than Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Company for Other than Cause. (1) At any time after the execution of this Agreement, the Company may, without Cause, elect to terminate this Agreement and the Employee's employment hereunder; provided, however, that in the event that severance benefits are triggered by a Change in Control under any Executive Severance Agreement between the Company and the Employee, the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to the Employee under this Section 7(e) shall be null and void.
