Termination by the Company for Reasons Other Than for Cause. (a) The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment at any time during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term for other than Cause by delivering to the Executive written notice of termination. If the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to this Section 6.4(a), then the Company shall pay the Executive severance in an amount equal to one months’ salary. (b) The severance amount calculated pursuant to Sections 6.4(a) shall be subject to statutory deductions and shall be payable in a lump sum within 90 business days of termination.
