Termination by the Company without Cause or by Executive. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement without Cause, and Executive may terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason, or no reason whatsoever. Any termination of Executive’s employment by Executive shall be made by the provision of at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company in accordance with Section 4.2.
