Termination by the Company without Cause or Resignation by Executive for Good Reason. (a) The Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Section 6.1 at any time without Cause (as defined in Section 6.2(b) below) by giving notice as described in Section 7.1 of this Agreement. A termination pursuant to Section 6.4 or 6.5 below is not a termination without Cause for purposes of receiving the benefits described in this Section 6.1.
