Termination by the Company without Cause or Resignation by Executive with Good Reason following the Term. In the event that following the expiration of the Term on its own accord (assuming Executive’s employment has not been terminated prior to such date), the Company terminates Executive’s employment for any reason other than as set forth in Sections 6, 7 or 8(a), or Executive resigns with Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, expiration of the Term on its own accord shall not be deemed a termination by Company.
