Common use of Termination by the Corporation for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Employee other than Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Corporation for Cause or Voluntary Termination by Employee other than Good Reason. In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated by the Corporation for Cause pursuant to Section 5(c) above or due to the Employee’s voluntary resignation other than for Good Reason pursuant to Section 5(f) above, the Corporation shall pay to the Employee any accrued but unpaid Salary plus, any earned bonus for a prior completed year for services rendered prior to the date of termination and nothing else.

In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated by the Corporation for Cause pursuant to Section 5(c4(c) above or due to the Employee’s voluntary resignation other than for Good Reason pursuant to Section 5(f4(f) above, the Corporation shall pay to the Employee any accrued but unpaid Salary plus, any and earned bonus for a prior completed year for services rendered prior to the date of termination and nothing else.
