Termination by the Employee for Good Reason. The Employee may terminate his employment under this Agreement at any time upon the giving of adequate notice of termination to the Company as provided below. If during the Initial Term Employee terminates this Agreement and his employment hereunder for “Good Reason” (as defined below), he shall do so in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 3.3.3
