The Employee shall have the right to terminate for any reason other than for Good Reason by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company; provided that the Company may then terminate the EmployeeEmployee immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a termination under this Section 6.F., the Employee shall not be entitled to any other payments under this Agreement except for the Accrued Obligations, which such payments shall be made by the Company to the Employee within thirty (30) days of termination pursuant to this Section.
