Common use of Termination by the Employee with Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Employee with Good Reason. If the Employee terminates the Employee's employment with Good Reason, in addition to the Benefits otherwise due the Employee and as otherwise required by law, the Employer will continue to pay to Employee his Salary, in accordance with normal payroll practice, for a period of twelve (12) months.

Termination by the Employee with Good Reason. If the Employee terminates the Employee's employment with Good Reason, in addition he will be entitled to the Benefits otherwise due same payments and benefits described above in Section 6.2(c), including where Employee terminates his employment with Good Reason at the Employee and as otherwise required by lawtime of or following a Change of Control, within twelve months after the Employer will continue to pay to Employee his Salary, in accordance with normal payroll practice, for a period effective date of twelve (12) monthssuch Change of Control.
