Termination by the Employee without Good Reason. The Employee may at any time upon at least 120 days prior written notice to the Company terminate his employment with the Company without Good Reason. Such termination shall be treated as a termination of employment pursuant to, including with the effects set forth in, Section 6.3; provided, however, that the Company hereby waives any claim it may have against the Employee incidental to the Employee's termination of his employment pursuant to this Section 6.7.
