Common use of Termination by the HollyFrontier Parties Clause in Contracts

Termination by the HollyFrontier Parties. The applicable HollyFrontier Group Member shall have the right to terminate this Agreement or any Services provided hereunder: (i) immediately upon the Bankruptcy of the applicable Partnership Group Member or (ii) on thirty (30) days’ prior written notice upon the occurrence of a Change of Control of the applicable Partnership Group Member. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Partnership ceases to Control, directly or indirectly, any Partnership Group Member, then the HollyFrontier Group shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with respect to any Services provided to such Partnership Group Member.
