Common use of Termination by the Optionee of the Option Clause in Contracts

Termination by the Optionee of the Option. Prior to the exercise of the Option the Optionee may terminate the Option by providing a notice of termination to the Optionors in writing of its desire to do so at least 30 calendar days prior to its decision to do so. After such 30-calendar days’ period the Optionee shall have no further obligations, financial or otherwise, under this Agreement, except that the provisions of section “2.8” hereinbelow shall become immediately applicable to the Optionee upon providing the said notice of termination to the Optionors.
