Common use of TERMINATION BY UCR-HS Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION BY UCR-HS. i. UCR-HS may terminate this Contract for any reason allowed by law, including, but not limited to, resident's failure to pay any amounts required hereunder when due or for any other violation of a term or condition of this Contract or any rule or regulation established in the most current edition of the Housing Resident Conduct Policies, incorporated by reference herein. In such event, UCR-HS shall serve a three-day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit, Notice to Perform Covenant or Quit, or a Notice to Quit, as applicable. In the event of such termination by UCR-HS, the Resident shall be held responsible for payment of the remaining contracted amount up to such time as UCR-HS is able to enter into a replacement contract with another resident.
