Termination by United States certified Mail. Employer or Administrator, in the event a date is specified in Section 9.1, may terminate the Contract at an earlier date by United States certified mail. If no date is specified in Section 9.1, termination of the Contract must be done by United States certified mail. Either Employer or Administrator, to terminate the Contract under this section, must terminate this Contract by notifying the other party in writing, via United States certified mail, of its intention to terminate. The Employer agrees it must send any termination notice of this Contract by the Employer to the Administrator at the following address by United States certified mail:

  • Termination for Non-Appropriation of Funds Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the County shall not be obligated for the Contractor’s performance hereunder or by any provision of this Contract during any of the County’s future fiscal years unless and until the County’s Board of Supervisors appropriates funds for this Contract in the County’s Budget for each such future fiscal year. In the event that funds are not appropriated for this Contract, then this Contract shall terminate as of June 30 of the last fiscal year for which funds were appropriated. The County shall notify the Contractor in writing of any such non-allocation of funds at the earliest possible date.

  • Termination by Xxxxxxx If Grantee seeks to terminate this Contract, Grantee shall give System Agency no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior written notice and shall submit a transition plan to ensure client services are not disrupted.
