Termination by Virtue of Death of Executive. Executive’s employment shall automatically terminate in the event of Executive’s death. In that event, the Company shall pay or provide Executive’s estate and/or Executive’s beneficiaries and dependents, as applicable, the Accrued Obligations. In addition, the Company shall pay to Executive’s estate an amount equal to any bonus earned for the year preceding the year in which Executive’s death occurs, but unpaid as of Executive’s death, such amount to be paid in a single lump sum payment within sixty (60) days following Executive’s death.
