Common use of Termination by XOOM Clause in Contracts

Termination by XOOM. XOOM may cancel this Agreement for any reason by giving thirty (30) days written notice of its intention to terminate, regardless of whether or not the reason for termination is remedied after notice. XOOM may also cancel this Agreement by giving fifteen (15) days written notice for nonpayment. Termination may take two (2) or more billing cycles by your LDC.
