In the event that within 24 months following a Change of Control as defined in Section 3(a)(vii) (1 – 4) hereof you terminate for Good Reason in accordance with the provisions of Section 3(a)(vii) hereof, (but not for any other reason, including without limitation under Sections 3(a)(i), (ii), (iii), or (v)) then in addition to the amounts provided in Section 4(a), but subject to your timely satisfaction of the condition precedent in Section 4(i) below, the following will be provided to you:
