Termination by ZIOPHARM. ZIOPHARM shall have the right to voluntarily terminate this Agreement in its entirety upon ninety (90) days written notice to Intrexon at any time, provided that such notice may not be given during the twenty four (24) month period commencing on the Effective Date.
