Common use of Termination / Cancellation of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination / Cancellation of the Agreement. The Client who (prior to the agreed performance day) withdraws from the agreement, shall, by operation of law and without notice of default, be liable to pay a compensation, equal to all damage, loss and costs (all included and nothing excluded) the co-contractor has incurred, yet no less than: − 50% of the amount of the contract price in the event of termination / cancellation less than seven (7) days, but no more than three (3) days prior to the agreed performance day; - 100% of the amount of the contract price in the event of termination / cancellation less than three (3) days prior to the agreed performance day.
