Termination Certification Requirements. Upon termination, LICENSEE agrees to cease using PRODUCT KEY and distributing DEVELOPED SOFTWARE compiled with PRODUCT KEY. LICENSEE shall immediately remove and destroy any and all copies of PRODUCT KEY and certify to DART that it has complied with this requirement. Certification must be submitted by LICENSEE and received by DART within (10) days of the LICENSE TERM expiration.
