Termination COBRA Payment. Upon termination of the Term and Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to Sections 4 (a), (c), (d) or (e), Company shall pay the cost to Executive as such costs become due for continuation coverage under COBRA (hereinafter referred to as the “Termination COBRA Payments”) and basic employee group benefits provided by Company to Executive for the lesser of three (3) months after termination or until Executive secures new employment.
