Common use of Termination Consequences Clause in Contracts

Termination Consequences. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Company shall not be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect to payment for all monies due Jabil hereunder including fees, costs and expenses incurred by Jabil up to and including the Termination Effective Date.

Termination Consequences. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Company shall not be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect to payment for all monies due Jabil hereunder including fees, costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Jabil (and which are reimbursable by Company hereunder) up to and including the Termination Effective Date. Additionally, in the event the Parties agree after the Termination Effective Date, to perform certain activities, the Parties will do so under the terms of this Agreement.

If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, (i) Company shall not be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect to payment for all monies due Jabil hereunder including fees, costs and expenses incurred by Jabil up to and including the Termination Effective Date and (ii) the parties shall not be excused from performing their respective obligations under this Agreement with respect to Build Schedules in effect on the Termination Effective Date, except that in the case of termination under Section 12.2, the terminating party may elect whether obligations under Build Schedules will remain in effect.

If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Company neither party shall not be excused after the effective date of termination from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect that are intended to payment survive such termination, and Company shall continue after termination to be responsible for all monies due to Jabil hereunder including fees, costs and expenses incurred by Jabil up to and including the Termination Effective Date.

Termination Consequences. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Company shall not be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect to payment for all monies due Jabil hereunder including fees, costs and expenses incurred by Jabil up to and including the Termination Effective DateDate except as noted in Section 10, above. Likewise, Jabil shall not be excused from performing its obligations under this Agreement with respect to the timely delivery of Product under open orders accepted by Jabil that can be completed by the said date in accordance with this Agreement.
