Termination: Continuing Rights Sample Clauses

Typically, this clause specifies that certain provisions—such as confidentiality, indemnification, or payment obligations—remain in effect even after the contract ends. By doing so, it ensures that essential protections and responsibilities continue to apply, thereby preventing gaps in coverage and clarifying the parties' ongoing duties post-termination.
