TERMINATION DATE; EFFECTIVE DATE. 9.01 This Agreement shall become effective on the date set forth on the first page of this Agreement. Unless terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until November 30, 2003, and thereafter only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees of the Fund in accordance with Section 15(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, and by the majority vote of the disinterested Trustees in accordance with the requirements of Section 15(c)
