This Agreement is conditioned on the City’s determination to proceed with, modify or cancel the project based on the results of a subsequent environmental review. This Agreement will terminate at the conclusion of the environmental review process if the results of the review indicate that the project would have a significant adverse impact on the environment and that this impact cannot be feasibly eliminated or mitigated.
