Termination Due To FERC Modification. PJM, which is subject to jurisdiction of the FERC under the Federal Power Act, has concluded that this Agreement need not be filed with FERC under the Federal Power Act and its implementing regulations. To any extent that FERC, any other administrative or judicial body, or any other person requires this Agreement to be filed with FERC for acceptance and approval, either Party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ Notice if FERC makes any modifications to the provisions of this Agreement.
