Termination Due to Force Majeure Event. (a) If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than five (5) Business Days, either party may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to the other party in accordance with clause 19 of this document; and (b) In the event of termination under paragraph (a), neither party is liable to the other except to the extent of rights or obligations which accrued before the termination.
