TERMINATION DUE TO LOSS OF DRILLING. UNIT Should the Drilling Unit be lost or be missing and presumed lost or if the Drilling Unit should become a total loss, (constructive arranged or compromised), this Agreement will be deemed to have been terminated without notice, in terms of Article 20.0. No payment whatsoever other than amount previously earned shall be due from the Operator to the Contractor as from that date.
