Termination During a Change in Control Protection Period. If Executive’s employment is terminated during a Change in Control Protection Period (as that term is defined in Executive’s Change in Control Severance Agreement), Executive shall be entitled to receive such severance payments and benefits as are set forth in Executive’s Change in Control Severance Agreement, and shall not be entitled to any benefits under this Section 2.
