Termination Effective. Termination under this Section 6 will take effect as provided for in any termination notice.
Termination Effective. Notwithstanding Articles 2.3.1, 2.3.2 and 2.3.3, no termination shall become effective until the Parties have complied with all Applicable Laws and Regulations applicable to such termination.
