Termination – End of Year. If the Townhome Tract has not been conveyed pursuant to the Townhome Purchase Contract by December 31, 2019, then the FCRHA may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Developer. Upon such termination, neither party will have any further obligation under this Agreement to the other.
