Termination Escrow Fund Sample Clauses

Termination Escrow Fund. Once all funds on deposit in the Escrow Fund have been expended as set forth in Sections 3.06, 3.07 and 3.08 above, as applicable, the Escrow Agreement shall terminate, except for those terms stated to survive the termination of this Escrow Agreement.
