Termination Event Notices to Security Trustee. If a Termination Event occurs, SFV agrees to: (a) give Security Trustee a copy of any Termination Event Notice and all other documents issued by SFV to LTES Operator in connection with the Termination Event as soon as reasonably practicable after it gives any of them to LTES Operator; and (b) give the Enforcing Party any information it reasonably requests from time to time in connection with a Termination Event.
