Termination, Expiration and Suspension of Service. 1. During any period of service suspension, Supplier shall not take any action to intentionally disclose, alter or erase any Customer Data. 2. In the event of a termination or expiration of the Contract, the parties further agree: a. return the Customer Data to Customer at no additional cost, at a time agreed to by the parties and the subsequent secure disposal of State Data; b. transitioned to a different Supplier at a mutually agreed cost and in accordance with a mutually agreed data transition plan and the subsequent secure disposal of State Data or c. a combination of the two immediately preceding options. 3.
