Termination; Extension; Modification of Discount Offer. The Company may, in its sole discretion, upon notice to the Warrant Agent: (a) terminate the Discount Offer; (b) extend the Discount Offer Expiration Date to a later date; or (c) amend or modify the terms of the Discount Offer.
