Termination Following a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event prevents Carrier or Shipper from performing its respective obligations under the Schedule for a period of more than 12 consecutive Months, the Schedule, or to the extent the Force Majeure Event only affects a portion of the obligations under the Schedule, the portion of those obligations so affected,may be terminated by either Party at any time after the expiration of such 12-Month period upon at least 30 Days’ Notice to the other Party.
