Termination Following any Change in Control. Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by Executive within two (2) years following any Change in Control (as defined below) of the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Change in Control” of the Company will be deemed to occur on the earliest to occur of any of the following events:
