Termination for Any Other Reason. If Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason other than those specified in Section 7.6.1 during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay Executive on the tenth day after the Date of Termination or the expiration of the Employment Period, as the case may be (or, if such day is not a business day, the next business day after such day), accrued and unpaid Base Salary and accrued and unused vacation earned through the Date of Termination.

If Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason other than those specified in Section 7.6.1 7(f)(i) during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay Executive on the tenth day after the Date of Termination or the expiration of the Employment Period, as the case may be (or, if such day is not a business day, the next business day after such day), any accrued and unpaid Base Salary and accrued and unused vacation earned through the Date of Termination.

Termination for Any Other Reason. If (A) the Executive’s employment is terminated terminates for any reason other than those specified in Section 7.6.1 during 7(f)(i) above or Section 8 below prior to the Employment Periodnatural expiration of the Term, or (B) the Executive’s employment terminates upon the natural expiration of the Term, then the Company shall pay the Executive on the tenth day after the Date of Termination or the expiration of the Employment Period, as the case may be (or, if such day is not a business day, the next business day after such day), ) any accrued and unpaid Base Salary and accrued and unused vacation earned through the Date of Termination. The Executive shall not be entitled to any additional or other amounts from the Company.
